What is a decentralised cleaning system?

A decentralised cleaning system is a flexible solution where cleaning equipment, together with cleaning agents, are placed directly in the areas to be cleaned. This means that each room has its own cleaning units that are not controlled by a central installation. The system consists of various components such as:

A pressure boosting unit

These pump units provide a predetermined constant pressure and flow rate of tap water. This unit is carefully selected/composed in view of the total capacity of the cleaning system and the number of users.

Decentralised satellites

Branch points (DSW or BSW) are mounted in the production area, each with a bracket (or cabinet) for the jerry cans with cleaning or disinfectant. Simple and direct control per branch point via the pneumatic selection button (foaming - rinsing - disinfecting).

The cleaning agents used may differ at these branch points, depending on the area or materials to be cleaned. Each branch point uses a reel with cleaning hose to which a spray gun or lance is connected.

Mobile satellites

A decentralised satellite can optionally also be mounted on a trolley, including jerry cans. This way, you have a mobile solution that can be easily used at different locations in the production area.

Functioning of decentralised cleaning system

Placement

The cleaning devices are strategically placed within the production area.

Water and agent supply

Each decentralised satellite has its own connection for water and suction hoses for cleaning agents or disinfectants.

Distribution

The pressure booster unit pumps the water, via a pipework, to the satellites in the cleaning zones. The detergent or disinfectant is drawn in per branch point.

Application

Operators easily choose between foam, rinse water or disinfectant with the selection button on the satellite.
