Heerschap Bakery moved its production and head office from Roggel to Nederweert to grow further and to live up the title of the most modern traditional bakery in Limburg and the rest of the Netherlands.
BOONS FIS provides quality, durability, ergonomics and hygiene by placing hygiene locks, crate washers, pressure-booster unit.
Two fully equipped hygiene locks
To ensure optimum hygiene in the new production area, BOONS FIS installed two fully equipped hygiene locks. The hygiene lock is equipped with a HDK hand soap station, wash basins and paper dispensers. BOONS FIS also supplied mirrors in an extremely smooth and shiny stainless steel type.
Before entering production, employees must pass over an URK hygiene station which cleans the soles and disinfects the hands.
All-in-1 crate washing machine
The bakery cleans their bread crates with a KWM600 crate washer was provided. This has a Siemens PLC controller, blow-drying zone, adjustable side guides, etc. and a capacity of 600 bread crates per hour.
All components used are of high quality and completely made of stainless steel.
Spotless production area
Throughout the building we installed several hand wash troughs with sensor, soap dispensers and paper dispensers so hands can be washed at all times.
In addition, we also installed a few washbasins in production with a manually operated mixer tap for easy filling of buckets or rinsing of materials.
Cleaning installation
An SPU pressure-booster unit was selected for cleaning the production areas.
Benefits:
- Simple display allows a digital reading of all major factors.
- Reliable because, it is equipped with electronic run-dry protection and with automatic restart system.
The buffer tank forms a separation between the central water supply network and the cleaning system pipework.
Benefits:
- Keeps the water from flowing back to the water supply network. In addition.
- Provides an additional water supply of up to 200L to cope with peak loads.
BOONS FIS supplied, assembled and installed the complete system with all necessary piping, including about 10 descent lines with ball valves and quick couplings. Three mobile satellites can be connected to any line to clean the entire production efficiently and thoroughly.
