Soaping turnstiles, hygiene lock made for United Caps by BOONS FIS, the European leader in the development, production and sale of plastic caps for bottles. This packaging company is an important supplier for industries including the food sector. This means hygiene is also a very important aspect here.
Soaping turnstiles
BOONS FIS supplied two soaping turnstiles, a large version for the main entrance and a smaller one for the side entrance. As these are free-standing appliances, we also took care of the associated stainless steel fencing.
The necessary electricity cables were routed through this fencing to the appliances. This meant there were fewer obstacles and hygiene is guaranteed.
A hygiene lock
Some months later we also supplied and installed another hygiene lock at a third entrance.
The installation involved two HDK disinfection turnstiles, a wash trough with two taps, a built-in soap dispenser and a hand dryer.
The stainless steel fencing with a gate and lock was installed for access by trolleys and larger materials, ensuring smooth passage of people and goods at all times.
